Well, I totally dropped the ball this year. We forgot to dye Easter Eggs (GASP!!), we hardly got out of our pajamas all day on Easter, and we only got this one (not very good) picture.
But, the Easter Bunny did make an appearance, and Cole had an awesome time searching for his basket.
Hopefully, that's what he'll remember! :)

The Farm
We managed to squeeze in one big outing with all the cousins: a trip to the farm!
After getting horribly lost and 45 mins late (thanks a lot, Siri!), we found the place and jumped right in to getting to know the farm animals.
Rowen has zero fear - there were three HUGE dogs and one big one, and girlfriend ran right to those furry monsters and gave them big adorable hugs. It was unanimously agreed between Ro and Cole that the dogs were the favorite.
My dear friend Megan and Chauncey joined us.
While we were there, a baby goat was being born!
These baby piggies were only day old. I sure felt sorry for this mama!!
Chickens!
Best thing ever, listening to these three talk to each other!
Snack break! Goldfish crackers are always a good idea.
Sandwiched by my two favorite Meaghans (or Megans)!

Park Fun with Cousins
When Meg and Rowen were here, we squeezed in a walk to our local park in between various naptimes.
Cole and Ro kept us cracking up on the way there:
She kept yelling, "FASTER! FASTER!"
Swings are ALWAYS a huge hit!
I love that we have so many parks in short walking distance!

Cousin and Family Fun!
Last week, Auntie Meg and Rowen drove down for a visit for a few days. While it was no easy task getting out in between three different nap schedules, we still managed to have a few adventures and lots of fun!
The weather was incredibly beautiful, so we soaked up the sunshine into our pasty white skin as much as possible:

Growing up, Meg and I always lived so far away from our cousins, we hardly ever saw them. I'm so glad our kids will be best buddies!

Chase-Face
The only thing about a second child is the lack of one-on-one time. With Cole, I spent ALL of my time with him. Every second of every day, we were buddies, just each other. And even though I'm with Chase also ALL day every day, my attention and time are split between both boys.
So every once in a while, when Chase takes an epic morning nap, I can put Cole down for his nap and spend a half hour just with Chase. I follow him along on his little adventures, watching how he learns and experiences the toys. So much joy in this little guy!
