helpful...sooooo helpful

Cole is extremely NOT helpful around the house.  His favorite thing to do (and I mean FAVORITE!) is to take things OUT of whatever they are in.  Books OUT of the bookcase.  Laundry OUT of the laundry basket.  Everything but the kitchen sink OUT of the diaper bag.  Towels OUT of the drawer in the kitchen. 

This love of OUT includes his dresser drawers. 

I just adore watching him make a mess.  Messes mean learning and experiencing and practicing.  So messes, around here, are a good thing. 

But if you come to my house unannounced, you'd best be prepared.  This little man tends to take things OUT faster than I can put them back IN, so we're a little messy around here.  However, with a face this cute, who needs to have a clean house?
